Pros:

  • The Relish team functions as a part of my team. They truly work to understand our business and our goals and put together innovative strategies to achieve the goals.

  • Very trustworthy agency with the client always in their best interest. Strong strategy, copywriting and creative in general. Solid, nimble team.

  • They really take the time to build a personal relationship with you and work together as a true partnership.

  • What I liked best about working with Relish was the sound strategy provided that drove the tactical implementation and the results. Very consistent in producing quality deliverables aligned with our goals.

Cons:

  • I have been pleased with Relish on every project. They are a great partner and I can not think of anything that I do not like. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for agency support.

  • There's nothing particularly negative that stands out. Just remember they are not mind-readers so it is important to come to them with a clearly defined problem so they can yield the best solution for you.

  • Attention to detail to keep up with changes and proofreading.

  • What I liked least was when I had to ask them to meet short deadlines.
