My experiences with PATH have been excellent. They are one of the most responsive agencies I have ever worked with and they are very clear about their insights even if it does not put them in the best of light. Something I cannot say about all the agencies that I have worked with. Pros:

  • Transparency. PATH was always excellent at communicating where work was and how our media dollars were being spent against performance goals. Additionally they did wonders for our SEO. PATH worked very hard with the limited budgets, and I cannot recommend them enough for a small to medium sized company.

  • Path has always directed and led successful SEO & PPC campaigns for our firm, which in turn has resulted in an increase in online leads from varying geographic locations which then has resulted in a growth of our brand and client list.

  • Data driven, results orientated, detailed, flexible, hard working, collaborative, efficient

Cons:

  • Path being a growing company it can at times be a little challenging to know who is on first base, second base etc.

  • Nothing. Billing is clean, contracts are long but thorough and our relationship has been successful.

  • I truly have no complaints. Possibly only that more in person visit would’ve been nice.

Overall Experience: Path is an excellent digital agency partner in a multitude of ways. Not only are they a nice group of people to work with, due to their search background all the work they do whether social campaigns, social influencer programs, search, digital advertising, whatever, they are results orientated & data driven. They are methodical and detailed. I trust my money with them. It has been a pleasure working together.
