They never tried to sell me on features I didn't need or want. I was clear what I wanted, and they performed excellently in delivering. Overall Experience: Working with Shawn and Sandy is awesome!! They explained things to me in simple terms that I could understand and showed me how it applied to my business. They are never on time with deadlines ;-) they are ALWAYS early !! I'm a small business with a unique set of skills and limited budget. Think Designs displayed patience, professionalism, punctual timelines and made it affordable for me which is very important when you are just starting out. I love the fact that I can call or email them and I get a quick response. I highly recommend this company!! Shawn and Sandy are smart and great at what they do but they make you feel appreciated and understood.
