Overall Experience: I have nothing but positive things to say about Bop Design and their entire team from Jeremy and Kara down the line. They are the best vendor I have ever worked with personally, and I’ve worked with a lot. They are always on time and on budget (or under) with everything they do, and they are always available for me via phone and email even if we don’t have it scheduled on the calendar. From time to time things pop up where I need to ask them a question or get a professional opinion from them as our marketing firm and they always make time for me. As for their quality of work, it is the best!! I have received so many compliments from clients and friends, as well as our employees (and with over 140 employees, it is hard to please everyone), that I have lost count. All of the blogs (since October 2016) were written and designed by Bop’s very professional writers/designers after a pain free 30 minute interview with a PK subject matter expert. They make it so easy. We provide the content expertise (all insurance related) and they turn it into a great piece of content marketing. They also drive all of our social media marketing and advertising. If we ever fall behind on our blog calendar, it is due to us being too busy, not Bop. They stay on top of us with friendly reminders so we can get back on track with our blog schedule. We are seeing great results in leads and new business coming through our website (compared to our old and outdated website). To put things in context, in our B2B environment, for us to get double digit solid leads in a month is really good. And we are getting on average at least two solid leads every day, many that turn into five and six figure projects/software sales for our firm. As your content marketing provider, Bop will meet with you at least monthly to go over your Google Analytics results/performance, Keywords, etc. in detail and will provide the report to you to share with others at your company. It is very helpful to us to see how things are performing. One last thing. Everyone at BOP Design is super cool, nice and professional. They really have a great staff. Overall Experience: I'm the owner and founder of Federer Performance Management Group (FPMG), a management consulting firm based in Tampa, Fla. I have a Ph.D. in clinical psychology, and I generally consult family businesses and provide leadership coaching to senior executives at Fortune 500 companies. I initially reached out to Bop Design for branding and marketing services. My website was very basic, and I didn't have much of a social media presence, so I turned to their team to strengthen my brand online. Bop Design provides branding and marketing services that have included a redesign of my website, SEO, and content creation for my blog, newsletter, and social media accounts. They initially discussed my goals, target audience, and became familiar with my business over the phone to suggest a strategic path forward. Throughout the process, they've helped guide and educate me. They've also redesigned some workbooks, along with a lot of my previously posted content to ensure it complements the new brand identity. Initially, I worked with Kara (Creative Principal, Bop Design) and Jeremy (Business Principal, Bop Design), but have also been assigned a project manager as my main point of contact over the years. They bring in different staff as needed depending on the work being done (i.e., web design, content creation, SEO). I've been working with BOP since 2012, and they continue to update my website and provide SEO services as needed. I plan to continue to the relationship for the long term since they're such a hugely valuable partner. Bop Design has had a huge impact on my business by helping make my online presence much more professional, modern, and engaging. By investing in their services, I've essentially invested in my own business and seen a significant improvement in leads as a result of their work. They've also helped establish my business on a more national and global level. I'm now ranking at the top of Google for certain key words, and my reach has extended beyond the local market. They're outstanding–timely, efficient, and clear in communications. We connect at least once a month, but they're responsive regardless of when I reach out either via email or phone. They suggest a lot of great ideas on ways to continually improve my online presence. They don't wait for me to tell them what I need, but rather they anticipate what I need and regularly set new goals for the website. I've had tremendous growth, and I attribute most of that to the work they've done for me. I'm also very impressed by both their technical abilities and emotional intelligence. Their team has been very understanding about some of my fears around investing in certain areas, so their ability to communicate in a way that makes me feel comfortable and informed about what they're doing has made all the difference. . Be honest about your needs and be willing to listen and try what they recommend for your business, even if you're unsure if it will be worth it. Once I was willing to take their feedback to heart, they helped take my business to the next level.

Cons:

This is perhaps an unfair criticism, but I would love content agencies to be just as focused on the analytics as they are on the content created, to inform future content.

Overall Experience: We used Bop for content creation efforts and the experience was very positive overall. These days, most content creation agencies focus on algorithms and AI, but Bop clearly used native speakers to write our content, and aimed to engaging content.
