Pros:

  • Fast turnaround. Quick to understand and translate my vision.

  • We absolutely loved the high-quality website that id8 designed for us last year. The entire process was streamlined and our company's needs were handled with extreme care. They also had previously done a branding package for us, which has carried us for years and will continue! Thank you, id8 for exceptional customer service and excellent work.

  • The level of professionalism and attention to detail exhibited by all staff is worth the visit. Packaging of print files and various media in relation to client branding allow us to produce top level materials for all applications.

  • Their creativity, knowledge, timeliness, flexibility, attention to detail and passion to learn and understand our brand

Cons:

  • Sometimes they need improvement in understanding a small segment of our demographic. For example, while small fonts on printed materials may be a good design choice, from a practical standpoint, it can be very hard to read for some of our audiences.

  • They were not as familiar with our space as compared to other industries, but they quickly got up to speed on the industry and space.

  • There is nothing I can say - id8 has been consistent in their strong performance.

  • The only aspect that we liked least would be the time it took to give all our materials to id8 in order to build the website, but that is the process with any website build. Although it took time, it was well worth it in the end because we had an incredible website!

I am a print sales rep/consultant and truly enjoy working with one of my favorite customers - id8. They are extraordinary with their design and branding concepts. They have outstanding graphic designers and project managers that really know their craft. It's great when I get files that are perfectly print-ready, proofed, and with very detailed specs. Makes my job easier and lowers cost to the client with the elimination of alterations or edits.
