Pros:

  • UI/UX - E-commerce is tricky and incorporating elements of the brand is a challenge especially considering the team has a small learning curve to understand the brand they are working with. Lapraim’s team however nailed it.

  • Their ability to recognize the importance of understanding your user, and then delivering beautiful UI (and in that order) was such a breath of fresh air!

  • Communication and delivery was exceptional. The team was very professional and was always willing to answer any questions. They really went above and beyond in meeting all of our expectations

Cons:

  • Communication -While I knew things were getting done on the back end from having done several websites prior to the project at hand , I wish I would have had better communication from the project manager on what was done and what still needed to be done.

  • I haven't had any issues yet with working with LaPraim

  • Nothing negative to write, very pleased with their wor. Would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a new website.

Overall Experience: Ricky and his teamed delivered an amazing website. Communication was very direct and clear with the site being delivered on time and at budget.
