Pros:

  • We had quite a few concerns and WordFlirt addressed them all in a professional way.

  • Wordflirt is very prompt in getting back to me with any questions or concerns.

  • Her professional demeanor and quick response times.

  • Ease of communication and overall cost effectiveness!

Cons:

  • Sometimes it took longer than a day to get a response.

  • I would love to see short videos about reverse mortgages in each newsletter.

  • I woluldn't change anything she was great!

  • No significant areas that would be a con.

Overall Experience: I have worked with Claudia for many years. She is excellent at working with her clients to map out their specific goals and needs. With me she was doing a combination of social media marketing and general strategy. It was great because I was able to reach so many more people than I would ever have on my own. The other great thing about Claudia is her willingness and desire to be a real business partner in the pursuit of your goals. Even though she is outside the organization, it's almost like having an in-house marketing person. I highly recommend her!

Luckily, i came across Claudia at Wordflirt and she helped me out tremendously.
