  • DataArt Team is extremely highly skilled, especially in the thech domain

  • experienced professionals whose technical culture perfectly fits into my team's culture

Cons:

  • Less business orientation. We had to invest a bunch of our time to support the business intelligence and orientation.

  • Sometimes it would be nice to see more candidates in the pipeline but I understand that the reason for that can be in our strong requirements
