I was drawn to Synditech for the boutique nature of the operation, not too big that we would simply be a number, and it was the right choice. We find Synditech is responsive , quick on solutions and support. We can rely on them for a multitude of issues, solutions , and response. I find we get great value from the support partnership as Mike and his team provide value add services over above any contracted services. With our global nature Synditech is always acommodating in stepping in to assist on larger network issues . I would easily recommend Synditech to anyone looking to add IT managed support or complement existing internal support. March 11, 2021

Overall Experience: I have worked with Synditech since 2016, they provide an exceptional service for me. They handle the ASA Firewall configuration, voice gateways and anything to do with telephony, network environment help and solutions, Esxi hosts and VMware solutions, NetApp storage to name a few. If and when 911 emergencies happen they are there for me 24/7
