Overall Experience: Action Solar is a solar provider, we both sell and install roof & ground mount installations. We have been using Miles Technologies ERP system Striven since March of this year. We looked extensively at different ERP packages, we found Striven to be the best option for the money. Miles has provided excellent training and their customer support is pretty much second to none. I have dealt with a number of CRM & ERP packages, I would highly recommend Striven from Miles Technologies. Their chat feature where you can talk directly to a tech support person immediately, a lot of other more expensive packages don't even have that. I can get on a chat and within 5 minutes, I can get my questions answered instead of waiting hours or sometimes days with other packages. If they can't resolve the issue in the chat, you can jump on a video call and share your screen for more in-depth questions or problems. I would highly recommend Miles Technologies on whatever IT services your company needs.

Overall Experience: For security, responsiveness and knowledge, you cannot do better than Miles Technologies. Our company was using Miles when I first started 7 years ago. We then tried doing the IT work inhouse but went back to Miles shortly thereafter. I believe that alone shows our confidence in Miles. I like the fact that you can prioritize your service request. You choose to contact them in whatever works best for you. The various ways to contact them-portal, email or directly by phone-assures a response when you need it. Their technicians are always pleasant and accommodating. My experience has been nothing but positive, even when faced with challenging errors. Their team always come through. When you work with someone from the Miles team, you feel that you are working with someone who has a personal investment in your success.

Overall Experience: We have partnered with Miles Technologies for 13 years at this point and our relationship with Miles is an invaluable part of our company infrastructure. They have assisted us in all facets of IT, security, and compliance. Since we have been partnering with Miles we have revamped our IT infrastructure and increased our data security exponentially. We have also used their compliance department to assist our SOC 2 Type 2 audits for the past 7 years. Miles is always quick to respond to any issue, more importantly they are very proactive in assisting with issues before they become big problems. Having Miles Technologies as our MSP helps our business grow and also stay secure.
