Pros:

  • The team over at Joseph Studios did a phenomenal job optimizing my website and we've since begun our digital marketing strategy that's still going.

  • The availability and willingness to help from everyone on the team. Its been awesome! Quick responses every time.

  • I like the teams ability to cover so many different aspects of marketing and branding, getting my business the exposure it needs through what is basically organic advertising.

  • They exude a confidence that gives us comfort in the choices we're making. Improvements in performance have also resulted from those choices.

Cons:

  • Why didn't I find them sooner is truly my only gripe.

  • The lack of serious drill down into marketing campaigns, drip campaigns, and template development - nurturing leads and bringing new leads in needs to be improved.

  • Accountability!! On my part...I still owe them some homework..I better do that right now -

  • To set themselves apart from rivals and provide a more specialized niche, Joseph Studios may have thought about concentrating in a certain industry or niche. In doing so, they may have built a reputation as industry authorities and developed a deep level of experience in that field. Overall Experience: If I started out saying that Joseph Studios was a blessing for our start up then that would be a gross understatement. After being in sales for almost a decade my wife and I decided to go off on our own and start our own business. Little did I know "going off on our own" required significantly more details and strategy than I would've ever Imagined. If it wasn't for Joseph Studios not only would we be losing money hand over fist but we wouldn't have a clear vision for our future. The amount of time and headache they have saved us is truly priceless! From day one Joseph studios has upheld not only the upmost level of professionalism but the upmost level of love and communication. I feel like they aren't contracted out to help me, but they are as much a part of my team as my wife and I. Their level of effectiveness and dedication is beyond not only what we expected but a new standard that businesses can learn from. Anytime I have need for something they get right on it and deliver results that surpass my expectations, which in result transfers over into a better experience for our customers. Just working with them has taught me how to better handle myself, my business , and how I want to interact with my customers. I am so grateful for Joseph Studios for not only keeping us on track, but also showing us the most efficient track to attain our goals!
