Pros:

  • Communications with Rocco were great for planning and discussing how best to approach our challenges

  • They feel like they're part of the team. Super easy to work with and communicate needs with

  • Their speed and clarity on defining and completing tasks

  • easy communication, willing to make sure we were happy every step of the way

Cons:

  • It’s always more helpful to have a direct line of communication with the developers, but it’s completely understandable why communication needs to happen through a projecg manager

  • Only issue was getting their payments sent to the correct place

  • No cons come to mind, there were small tech hurdles but they fixed or pivoted fast

  • honestly none really that I can think of. They delivered a great final result and were easy to work with along the way

Overall Experience: We started working with Unit 203 a few months ago. They helped us build a roadmap of improvements that needed to be made on our website, and then carried out each project quickly, and with good levels of communication. Their prices are great, their work is great, their communication is great, and their turn around time is great. Highly recommend to anyone who needs dev work done but can't afford to have a full dev team on payroll.
