Five (5) years ago we selected Exigent as our trusted IT partner, and boy are we pleased that we did! CanAm is a small business, and we did not have the proper resources to maintain servers, deploy software upgrades/patches and keep up with evolving technology. Nor did we want to – we wanted to focus on our core business. Exigent worked tirelessly with us over the years to transition our in-house IT environment to cloud services either hosted in their environment or a 3rd party provider such as Microsoft. All this work really paid off when COVID hit – it was a real-life test of our contingency plan. We were able to seamlessly have our users work from home almost instantly. We also have a dedicated CTO (Frank) who is very knowledgeable, always available, and just wonderful to work with. He puts himself in the client’s shoes and works to ensure the solutions we are moving toward meet our business requirements. April 29, 2022

Overall Experience: I enjoyed my time working at Exigent Technologies. Exigent was always looking for ways to make you feel appreciated and that I was an important part of the team. The position was a good fit for me. The team was very knowledgeable and highly skilled. As a team, everyone worked well together and sometimes after work, there was opportunities to hang out an socialize. For a small to medium size IT service provider, you will have the opportunity to lean lot of new skills and apply them on challenging projects. If your company is considering working with a service provider, be assured that Exigent is very customer service oriented and they deliver best in class service. Excellence is a core value for this company and they strive to deliver it. So whether you are considering applying for a position or considering purchasing a service contract, or rolling out a new project, I would recommend Exigent Technologies.

Overall Experience: Exigent has the sweet spot of being large enough that they have a good talent pool of engineers to rely on. They're not so large that you don't get to talk to a person. You a have a really good chance of working with the same techs so someone new isn't getting to know your network each time there's an issue to resolve. Documentation and ticket history is referenced by techs as part of procedure to further make resolving issues more efficient. Their project team is top notch and design right-sized solutions for current and future needs.

We truly appreciate the fact that Exigent's engineers are all familiar with our environment, which saves valuable time. Overall Experience: Exigent has been our external CIO and systems team for well over a decade. They are professional, diligent and dedicated and not only provide expected general systems support but in a crisis provide support that is truly beyond anything one can imagine. We were hit with ransomware and thanks to the Exigent team, who literally lived in our offices, we were back in business in a week with no ransom paid.
