Lounge Lizard is a great company to work with! When we started looking for a website company to design our new website, Lounge Lizard's work spoke for itself plus they were very clear on the process. We looked at other providers, but the designs were elevated when it came to Lounge Lizard. The project process of getting the new site up with all the content was fluid. They use a great collaborative tool that made the process easy, and the meetings kept us involved and up to date with all edits. The finished product was exactly what we wanted. The team at Lounge Lizard are the best! Everyone we worked with was easy to work with and super helpful, even after production they still assist us when needed.   • Super-Creative team led by Webby Awards Judge and Chief Creative Officer Braun a pure creative visionary.

  • We started out looking for someone to develop our new website and work with us on branding, after producing an exciting and interesting site we realized we needed to have a professional team help us with all things digital. They continue to deliver superior service at competitive prices, and they are there to meet and brainstorm new ideas. They made us very comfortable entering the digital world. Have continually exceeded our expectations.

  • Very easy to work with and extremely knowledgeable. Very good at translating their technical language to non-technical people

  • Excellent attention to their clients. Great hands-on approach to Web optimization and presence. They treat clients as if the account was their own company. Extremely creative and forward thinking toward branding and web presence.

Cons:

  • I wish they had an office in Germany. Munich would be great!

  • They have yet to disappoint us, always on time and quality is always top notch.

  • There really isn't much to dislike. Both people with dealt with, Ken and Mac, were super friendly and willing to take the time to go through everything.

  • I have no negative comments. I honestly could not focus on any specific problems or lack of communication with this company.

In 2015, our company, Allied Security Trust, decided to completely overhaul our website. Through an RFP process, Lounge Lizard proposed a comprehensive design, implementation, and ongoing maintenance plan. Their 'full service' approach, that was within our budget, put Lounge Lizard above the other competing firms.
Cons:
I'm an 'old school' marcomms guy accustomed to tons of face-to-face interaction with 'my agency.' It took me a few weeks to fully grasp and admire the benefits of the online collaboration tools, webex, email, and phone as the most efficient ways to communicate and get our projects completed. I'm now convinced this IS the better way!

They were able to walk some of our technologically challenged staff through the development process for the website, they are very creative and have brought a number of ideas to us.
