Pros:

I have been extremely pleased with this company’s professionalism, their team’s genuine care for my brand/attention to detail, clear communication & my RESULTS! What I’ve liked best is that from day-one (filling out the form with my brand details and our introduction phone call) the professionalism, organization, clear communication, follow through, as well as flexibility to meet my brand’s needs and communication preferences. This has allowed my team and I to be as efficient as possible, drive major growth and results, while taking work off my end - which is exactly what I wanted when hiring them!

Cons:

What I have liked least is when I first hired the company, we had certain website/blog needs (a list of edits and additions to be done); I did feel that there was a delay in actioning this list/lack of communication right away, especially compared to how efficient we were being with the other tasks (social media, newsletter). However, on one of our team calls when I asked the status of those tasks that team member apologized for the delay (seemed like there was a lot going on plus that person had been out of the office). I appreciated the communication on the team call, as long as that delay didn’t become an issue. It didn’t, which was a pleasant surprise. Since then, that team member has completed what was needed in a timely manner with genuine care for my brand and it’s growth, bringing unique marketing ideas and attention to detail - which I truly appreciate! As you grow as a brand/team, hiccups in communication or systems are bound to happen and I have truly been impressed with this team’s ability to navigate any challenges or miscommunications in a professional manner and remain just as professional, which ultimately makes our systems even stronger, more effective, and keeps me loyal as a client.

Overall Experience: My overall experience has been EXCELLENT and I highly recommend this company for your marketing, web/online, social needs based on my experience! I found it extremely helpful during the “introduction phone call” to be introduced to my Account Manger, plus each member of my team/their unique title and role assigned to my brand, so that I could feel confident reaching out to each person based on their expertise. This has been important so that we can be efficient, build individual relationships, while still having my Account Manager as my “go to” person plus weekly team calls to bring everyone together for questions, concerns or ideas. I am extremely busy in my role as Owner/CEO of my business and have very high standards with who I work with; this team’s clear communication, professionalism, genuine care for my brand, along with attention to detail to meet my standards from the beginning has allowed us to take work off my end and produce massive growth on my social media - which is the main reason I hired them! I first hired this company for a 90 day trial to give them a chance and saw initial growth (especially on my Instagram/Facebook). Since growth occurs with consistency and quality content, I am so happy that I have continued to stay with this company as we are continuing to see an increase in growth each month on all fronts. Each month we are creating more clarity on my target market, brand strategy based on what is working, and are becoming even more efficient in our systems as a team!

Overall Experience: We wanted to speak of our experience regarding Lyfe Marketing. What we do not want to do is disparage, defame, or denigrate the reputation, character, image, or service of the company, but to speak of our experience in a constructive way. They did a great job of creating work. They just need to improve on deadlines and communication. The company can really do great when taking your limited resources and nailing a look and feel you want. Based solely on minimal content, photos, and conversations and a form you fill out. They really delivered on the vibe, colors, and playfulness we wanted. What led to our inevitable splitting however is an inability to effectively communicate and meet deadlines. Almost every deadline was missed with no notice. Days would go by with no word. We would have to contact them. The company would miss meetings where we had to coordinate other employees and managers to sit in on the conversation. This cost us time and money. We never ended up with a finished project and missed the holiday season which caused us to lose an unknown amount of income and brand recognition. To summarize. The company is great and designing a look and feel as long as you are okay with them not communicating and missing deadlines. For us, we lost tens of thousands, if not hundreds of thousands of dollars from potential income for a product no one had during the holiday season. Now everyone has it. Make sure to stay on top of them for deadlines and communicating. The first sign it is not going well our recommendation is to pull out.

Just how well they were able to run their scam company. A lot better than I was able to run my legit honest work service business.

Cons:

Stop scamming people. Stop lying and stealing peoples money. Read the help reviews and trust pilot reviews. I wish I saw those before investing and losing thousands of dollars with Lyfe marketing scam company.

Overall Experience: Absolute scam of a company. They don't care about your business. They only care that they get paid. In the service business myself, I go above and beyond for my clients so they want to work with me again. This scam company Lyfe marketing is a scam. They buy fake reviews and google has shut down their listing because of the fake reviews. Do not purchase from them.

Overall Experience: Very pleased with Brandi and how she managed our social media. Extremely disappointed in how our website was handled and my interactions with Keran. I informed Lyfe about our issues with Keran and the website April 11. I was told that my concerns were being taken care of. However, on May 24th, the website was not delivered. No update was provided by Keran about why it was not delivered. When I inquired, I received a flippant response from Keran about how he put our project on the back burner since he hadn't heard from me (although his last email specifically stated if he did not hear from me he would move forward with the website and deliver it on May 24th). Would love to continue working with Brandi but would rather terminate the service and just pay out the balance three months rather than to continue working with Keran. Extremely disappointed.

Overall Experience: I primarily worked with Sean and he was exceptional! I had a client, a laundry product that was sold in more than 500 Walmart stores, that had a small PR budget, no advertising, and targeted mothers/women. Long story short, I reached out to Lyfe to help me with a social media program and they went to work, immediately. They identified a new market, college students and young adults because the product's container was small; not bulky like the top competitors, good for dorms and apartments. Lyfe then tapped into my client's FB and Twitter that had dismal views and followers and created various promotions to draw attention to the product. It worked flawlessly and was hugely successful. In three short months, Lyfe's program increased FB views by 125%, Twitter followers by 100% and reached more than 300,000 through shares and retweets. The social media reach was instrumental in Walmart increasing the number of stores to carry my client's product. And of course, my client and I were extremely pleased. If you are looking for a marketing firm that is intuitive, thorough and looks at you as a partner and not just an invoice, then look no further than Lyfe Marketing.

Overall Experience: Horrible. Stay away. I started with Lyfe June 3rd. Fired them July 22. After the first 3 weeks my landing page and drip emails were not ready. After getting an account manager involved landing pages were made but were not properly edited. Website never done. On July 17 th my email drip was ready. When I called about this the account manager yelled at me, blaming me. I have 20 years as a financial advisor and serial entrepreneur. Never in my life Have I ever encountered more unprofessional business. They just forgot about me and then denied it and won’t give me a full refund. $2,450 . I think they have to many clients and can not handle the work. Don’t pay for everything upfront. Do one thing and see how it goes. You have been warned.

Overall Experience: Every season for us LYFE Marketing brought in a ton of revenue for our business. The price point for our snow bikes are pretty high. In previous years, we mainly looked for qualified leads and brought them in with a test drive. To our surprise, LYFE was able to drive $5k+ sales right from the website.
