Pros:
Their Professionalism, Accessibility and Patience for one, but also their efficiency. Their effective explanations and directions when needing to implement changes that are needed to ensure a safe and secure production, whilst having a sense of understanding for ones business and personal needs. Their willingness to exceed expectations, and going that little extra mile that makes all the difference in my productivity.
Cons:
If I could find a con, I would provide it, but I can't. Again, I can't recommend them enough. Maybe a raise to the helpful, friendly staff =)

Overall Experience: It’s one of “those companies” - you know the ones where everything just goes smoothly, effectively, easily, positively all around. It’s a no-brainer to hire them over anyone else. It seems pretty cutting edge the way they focus so strongly on cyber security, and how necessary it is to be great at it. It’s actually interesting to learn about this newer form of crime and subsequent protection. I’ve worked with Cyber Unit several times over the years and everyone who’s helped me has been simply perfect with my solutions - yes I can realistically use that word ‘perfect’. If you’re uncertain…. YES cyber security is really really serious and imperative. I’ve heard multiple stories about being hacked (wow… be proactive with THIS for sure). We have insurance for potential occurrences in other areas of life & business - why not our sensitive data or our clients’ sensitive data ?!! -Kyle

Overall Experience: Omer, the owner, was a speaker at the BTA Winter Summit in Mexico—I was drawn to Cyber Unit's comprehensive services. The entire team, including Tasha and Divya, displayed professionalism and deep expertise in diagnosing and managing our organization's cybersecurity needs. Cyber Unit’s Environmental Scan was nothing short of enlightening, revealing areas (many unknown) for us to bolster our defenses. They guided us across various areas - from network security and encryption to device and user management, while also helping us transition from LastPass to 1Password. Their advice on instituting effective organizational policies was particularly valuable and they've been instrumental in fortifying our digital landscape. Overall Experience: When we initially signed onto work with Cyber Unit the onboarding process was straightforward and easy to follow, it felt like the entire team was ready and help us out with any issues we might have with setting things up. The extreme value of the Cyber Unit really came through when our company experienced its first cyber security issue that needed a lot of attention to remedy. Cyber Unit dropped everything to help us out and get our entire office and security system back on track.
