Overall Experience: We switched to Small biz web design studio when the past website development company was unavailable due to some reason. I initially talked to one of their support executives who explained everything, including their overall cost of website development, estimated time, and a bit about policies. And, once the project started, they kept us aware of every step and answered all of our concerns even if it was a ‘silly’ one. We often interrupted their work, alongside making a lot of changes as per the need, but no one feels annoyed. In fact, I was welcomed with more suggestions. That’s honestly pleasing! Needless to say, the final website is quite appealing.
