Overall Experience: Wouldn't you know it? The founder of the company that I hired my Virtual Assistant through, started out creating successful company building websites and has a marketing company hahaha! I'll tell you why that's funny...Because he was the most competent and able person through the hiring process of my assistant, so I thought it was a "divine blessing" that this same man has a team of employees that could help my website development needs...Here is my review of "Bloominari's" Work..... I needed/wanted a profession, super professional website, because I will be representing my foundation helping orphaned children, and even taking donations from people, I had to make it professional. Which of course means, that the founder of any organization did things "the right way," and therefor, is more likely to be trusted.. A lot depended of the outcome of this site...Especially when I asked for a 2 week deadline!!! Jaime, the owner of the company, said the website could take 2 weeks If I was fully prepared with all materials he needed in advance, but It could take up to 2 months if the communication in not constant, and if his company has to wait for material.... Guess what? I busted my butt and gave Jaime, James, and the rest of the development team, every peace of homework they wanted, and replied to all 7 of their requests for more information...And guess what? We finished the site in 2 weeks and 3 days...And it was my fault for the extra 3 days. I didn't link up the merchant account soon enough, and all of the "typos" and mis-spellings were my fault from the text I submitted to them. I could tell they actually thought about the layout, which pictures to use from the options I sent them, the consistency with my message....And yes, holly wow the site looks amazing...Really amazing. Thank you so much Jaime, and everyone on the Bloomiari team, you represent the definition of a 5 star review.

Pros:

Their quality of work, their speed in completing all of the many services we hired them for. Most importantly, we are very happy with their incredible level of knowledge of the digital marketing space, the various types of web-based tools in the market, and their focus on helping small businesses like mine (Just 1 person when I got started). Thanks to Bloominari my company is now finally profitable. They helped us to setup a Google Adwords campaign (We're paying less than $0.30/click), our website, our CRM system, E-mail templates and much more. Highly recommended digital marketing agency!

At some point in time they got really busy with new clients, and at that time it took a little longer for them to get back to me.

Pros:

Jaime and the Bloominari team are very personable. I felt like they listened to me as our relationship blossomed. I was not so tech savy; however, Jaime took the time to help me understand what I was really trying to achieve. The knowledge I have gained since working with Jaime will serve me long after his direct influence.

Cons:

Jaime took more time to get to know me and my business then I originally anticipated. This made me feel frustrated at times because I wanted to get started quickly; however, in the end it was the details that her spent time learning that I appreciate.

Cons:

Overall we were very happy with their professionalism, quick communication, and overall high quality. Sometimes they did spend too much timing explaining things in detail that was a bit overwhelming, and too technical at times. Maybe spending less time describing their benefits and services to me would be something they could change. At least that's my opinion.

Overall Experience: A fantastic experience. A high level of professionalism, knowledge, attention and follow up. I recommend Bloominari 100%. I consider myself a very detail oriented customer (sometimes a pain in the butt) that knows what he wants and this can sometimes be problematic for any my service providers. With Jaime and his team I felt like they gave life to my ideas instead of take the easy way out and push their own agenda even when they are outside of their comfort zone. This left me feeling accomplished and like I was part of the project and team from start to finish. Sometimes it would take a while for Bloominari to understand what the goal of our project was in order to properly design the systems we were going to use for it. Also, while we appreciated that Jaime would quote us the cheapest possible way of building a system, we had to help him understand that its ok to pay for higher tier pricing for more functionality.
