Overall experience with New Normal has been great. We started building an application for our new business in 2018 and have used them ever since because of their flexibility, and the "partnership" we've forged. Pros:

  • New Normal has high quality developers. There's a saying in construction that only a rich carpenter can afford cheap tools. If you keep burning through different vendors because you’re trying to cut down on price, you’ll end up paying more in the end. That said, New Normal is very competitive on price. But more importantly, they deliver high quality product.

  • Exceptionally organized and diligent; professional and trustworthy.

Cons:

  • New Normal is almost too flexible. At the beginning the company didn't realize the flexibility of the software we needed, and so it took us longer to get to market with something that supported all our use cases. I suspect New Normal could have "interrogated" us better and understood the sundry use cases we needed to support.

  • Possibly a bit more dialogue on UX, the front end strategy.
