Pros:

  • Dedicated to meeting our specific, customized needs and partnering with us as a virtual IT department for a fast-paced, high-growth company.

  • the speed of response and and making sure we were not over buying.

  • Very easy to work with President works directly with clients.

  • Multiple people in the area to help out when necessary and not overpriced.

Cons:

  • All companies have room for improvement, but what I love is that the founder created monthly meetings with our company and assigned a dedicated service rep to ensure that 'cons' are addressed and we are both working toward continual improvement.

  • they may want to consider doing a more thorough vulnerability assesment.

  • I feel that they could have better onboarding of new clients.

  • The transition was pretty smooth for the most part. The IP address modifications caused a few glitches but other than that things were smooth.

Overall Experience: CCP took over managing our IT in January 2023 after a disastrous experience with another provider. Almost immediately after beginning our contract, Chrome stopped supporting Windows 7 (which 99% of our machines were), and we were forced to replace all of our machines and complete temporary fixes to maintain critical business functioning while planning for that transition. The CCP team was incredible and walked alongside us every step of the way. They were patient, helped rebuild trust with employees despite the mounting frustration, and worked to deploy our new machines as quickly as possible once they arrived. We still have a lot of work to do, but CCP has proven to be a true partner and we trust them to guide and support us as we start the next chapter.
