Overall Experience: We were launching a new campaign for our hotel and needed consulting and experienced branding experts to help guide our digital marketing and online/offline presence. Our team researched several agencies in the North Florida area and narrowed our field down to two good options. C7 inevitably won the account. Despite being smaller in size than their competitor their team was much more experienced and knowledgeable. What we found with the larger agency was that the top stakeholders were extremely knowledgeable but the middle tier managers, who we would be working with day to day, were full of new employees and millennial-minded workers. That means high turnover, new account reps every 6 months, and account managers who had little experience in real-world business. We had been down this road before with our other property and knew we didn't want that. C7's team was different. The agency only took on a limited number of accounts and senior leadership was involved in managing those accounts. I had direct access to a decision-maker and seasoned expert every day... that was the game-changer that won us over. Ultimately, the website project, branding initiatives were built well and branded very well. Our SEO campaign is ongoing and we are very optimistic about the ROI on our investments in this area. Our experience with C7 was positive and beneficial to our new start-up. Great work C7!

Overall Experience: C7 Creative developed my company’s website from scratch. We started by going over our goals and initial ideas on the visuals. Being an interior designer, I understood that how a site worked was just as important as how it looked. Obviously, I wanted a nice, clean site, but it also needed to be easy to use on mobile devices. Some of the key features I asked for included a slider on images that allowed people to toggle back and forth between the before and after pictures. That was a great feature that they were able to bring in while still keeping the whole site streamlined and simple.

Over time we saw the need to further develop our brand, digital footprint and refresh a lot of our marketing resources. Overall Experience: We launched a new online company focused on providing legal services to those who have received a Speeding Ticket in the Jacksonville, Florida area. It was important that our new startup succeed so after interviewing many companies for marketing help, we selected C7. Our reason was their experience and portfolio of work. They had experience working with startups and their work was very good. Next, we approached C7 with a full stack of marketing needs. Branding, website, mobile app, and SEO/PPC ads. They stepped us through the creative process and shared insights and strategies to consider. Their design team was great. Their website development and app team were also very good. You can tell pretty quick when you talk to someone whether they are legit or not. C7 was definitely legit... and they were nice to work with. Something I appreciated since the projects had us working together for several months. In the end, our new startup launched (www.FastEasyTicket.com) without any high-speed accidents. Our sales are climbing every month and we are glad we invested in partnering with C7 Creative.

Overall Experience: Once COVID was starting to retreat we approached C7 Creative to help us launch a new mobile app that we had on our radar for several years now. We needed a mobile app developer with experience in both the technical and business process side of apps. Overall Experience: We came into this process looking for the best regional app and web team in Florida. We needed integration between our web assets and new app. The challenge always is finding the right balance between skill, ongoing support and price point. We approached C7 with a an optimistic hope, as they were recommended by a much larger coding group that we simple couldn’t afford. They said C7 was an excellent choice for projects $200k or less… and they recommended highly. The process in working with C7 was a good one and the timeline was solid. We built a wireframe, then moved into coding within 6 weeks. Coding was about 4 months and the beta test went good. The collaboration between design, engineering and project management was excellent and helped the process immensely. The app launch was only 1 week behind original spec. C7 did a good work for us.

We needed professional input on creating a solid user experience and flow for our users. With over 100,000 active accounts it had to be right and build upon our legacy of excellence. C7’s team stepped up and delivered a touchdown pass for us and we couldn’t be more pleased. Our concern with delays and timelines was extinguished by their command of the development process and their Agile development approach.
