Pros:

  • Parker's strategy was spot on, and Sean's copywriting was nothing short of exceptional. Highly recommend!

  • Great staff who quickly understand our goals and objectives and have best in class knowledge on how to exceed our expectations and target goals

  • They're such good partners especially when it comes to website redesigns. They're open to feedback, come with great suggestions, and are able to help you bring your brand's vision to life.

  • The team assigned to TSE made sure they were actively checking in and providing immediate assistance when needed.

Cons:

  • They changed our PM halfway through, but it wasn't a big deal.

  • Honestly, not really. Everything went as planned and on the fly changes were met with collaboration and professionalism

  • Working with any agency has its challenges and my only gripe is that I didn't have the internal capabilities to keep up with Major Tom.

  • We were sad to see our previous account manager go, but the change in service wasn't interrupted. We were impressed with the handing over of knowledge for consistent service.

Cons:
The major pain point as a long time client I've experienced is sometimes wishing that there was more internal handover between members when projects or roles are transferred from one person to the next. It can cause some frustration when a new person is assigned to our account without any of the historical information or workflows that we've been accustomed to and have to start over.
