  • They’re easy to work with. Even when we don't have a clear idea of what we want, they come up with different proposals and give us exactly what we need.

  • They are very professional and always happy to help us . I felt that we were a team with them. they really want your idea to succeed and they try hard for it.

Cons:

  • Evolve Media provides exceptional design quality, and a more budget-friendly approach to post-launch support would make future collaborations even more appealing.

  • We didn’t find anything major that hampered our deadlines or work. So yeah, nothing as such we found which we didn’t like.

  • They could have provided more detailed training and documentation, offered additional customization options, conducted more frequent progress check-ins, and proactively implemented post-launch optimizations based on user feedback.

Overall Experience: Don is very responsive. I can email or call him, and he’s always quick to reply. As far as managing the project goes, we always work with a marketing consultant. The consultant and Don are the ones who handle the project. If I have questions or need something quick, I can call and receive the help I need. Evolve Media is very responsive, and their design work is good. They listen to the customer’s needs and that’s very important. Don delivers what our company needs.

The team adhered to the initial project timeframe and budget, and we constantly kept in touch via email. We also held bi-monthly conference calls and were getting monthly progress reports without delay.
