We are a non-profit project working to improve and promote low-carbon, sustainable and climate-resilient urban planning in cities around the world. We hired ThompsonStenning to produce our first annual report, and the experience has been nothing short of excellent. An annual report is always a beast of a project, despite the client's and consultant's best intentions, so we were expecting it to be a stressful, protracted process. To our surprise, TS responded extremely efficiently to all our requests and we wrapped up the project a few weeks earlier than the expected date. Sarah is a skilled project manager and communicator who respects and accommodates the client's budgetary constraints, exhaustive feedback and tight deadlines while managing to keep the project within scope. Overall Experience: ThompsonStenning was the perfect fit for a web redesign for our small environmental non-profit! Years of poorly-planned web expansion had left our nonprofit with a bloated, scarcely-usable website. We knew we needed help, but as we didn't have any professional developers or designers on our team, it was critical for us to find a contractor to work with who could take the time to teach us and walk us through the process. ThompsonStenning first caught our eyes with their beautiful, contemporary sense of aesthetic, but they really took it home with their understanding of user experience and innovative thinking in how best to showcase and add lots more value to content we already had. They took time to truly understand the workings of our nonprofit and suggest new ways of doing things. We'd gladly choose them again, and are thrilled with the final product!

Overall Experience: This is an excellent Canadian-based graphic design firm! We, as clients, are based in science and are much less creative-minded. ThompsonStenning was able to interpret our ideas and direction and make informative graphics for our non-profit! They were patient with us as we navigated the creative process. They were excited to learn about our work and to learn the background information to fully grasp our need and direction for the project! ThompsonStenning stuck to their work plan and took into consideration every little detail.
