  • NLTD is very flexible and always tries to meet me where I need them. They truly are a strategic partner.

  • Clear and timely communication Provide multiple paths to solution

  • Their flexibility and ability to work with us as we scale up and scale down.

Cons:

  • Nothing that comes to mind. They've always met me where I needed them to be and supported my goals and objectives.

  • As with all development work, it can get pricey - but they are competitive and reasonable. Especially considering the quality of the product.

  • When making large changes in the team, we frequently have to hire instead of brining them from the bench. They are quickly able to quickly hire quality individuals, but it is very nice when they can just move them from the bench instead.
