Pros:

  • Straight to the point on strategy calls. Data/findings, takeaways, recommendations.

  • Lane and his team keep me updated weekly by e-mail and once a month by phone which keeps me engaged with the account.

  • Great team and great results. Everyone at Lead Horse was always accessible and proactive in updating me on performance and providing reports.

  • Lane and the Lead Horse team are instrumental to my brand's success and awareness. The team is results driven and communicates very well. Nothing is ever lost in translation. I've tried out other marketing agencies in the past with little, to no results. Lead Horse tailors marketing strategies specific to MY needs. They're not some cookie cutter, one-size fits all shop. The results have exceeded my expectations.

Cons:

  • Nothing, they get the job done with minimal involvement from me. I really can't think of anything negative to say about Lead Horse.

  • I really don't have any complaints about Lead Horse.

  • Calls and meetings were not always sunny. When things were not working the team at LH was always upfront and actionable.

  • My only regret is that I didn't find and start using Lead horse years ago!

Pros:
Lane and the Lead Horse team offer exceptional big agency experience to mid and smaller sized organizations delivering tremendous results. Lead Horse speaks directly to you about campaign results, what is working, what is not, what can they do better and what will the company being served need to do better to get the desired results. This is delivered in "blunt" but respectful conversation that extends full accountability to both organizations for the success.
Cons:
The greatest challenge is realizing how, when to extend more resources to get the desired results. The Lead Horse team will clearly show the results achieved from the investment made, then acting on when to spend more becomes the clients dilemma>specifically how much to spend in what time period to get the desired results.

Lane and his team are extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of digital marketing. His approach is data driven and results oriented. He is responsible, thorough and a pleasure to work with.

I work in an extremely competitive industry where keywords are quite expensive - we do not always have the budget we need to get the results we would like. The Lead Horse team maximized the budget and exceeded our expectations in terms of ROI.

Pros:
Lane and his team know Paid Search. As an agency owner with over 12 years experience doing SEO we pay LeadHorse to manage our ads and no one else.
Cons:
There wasn't more opportunity in paid search so we could dump more money in it. Happy to know LeadHorse wouldn't just take our money even though we're ready to spend it on ads.

Cons:
PPC costs with Microsoft and Bing are high. Lead Horse manages our campaigns well but these costs associated with Microsoft and Bing still seem expensive.
