Pros:

  • I know that I can always call my vCIO to discuss our needs. More often than not, they are reaching out to me first.

  • Managed services are billed at a flat monthly rate so no worries about number of calls or hours dedicated to a problem.

  • Knowledgeable staff, and friendly approach.

Cons:

  • Because MIS is not in-house (intentionally), it can require a little bit more coordination/communication on my part to make sure that we're getting the most out of our relationship.

  • I cannot think of cons at this time and very satisfied with MIS.

  • Price increases can be little frustrating.

Not only is the IT helpdesk covered for my employees, I also have a strategic thought partner who will help me scale and grow over time. I don't worry about IT, the network or cyber security.
