We initially made contact with Matt Vincik and his company Ohio Web Technologies in early September 2015 based on a referral from a mutual professional writer and columnist. Since that time we have been very pleased with this association and level of service. Matt and his company have done great job. They did exactly what they said they would do and did it in a cost effective and timely fashion. They actually answer their phone when we call and take the time to address our issues and concerns.   • We worked with Ohio Web Technologies to redesign our company's website. Matt did a great job. He was very responsive and met all agreed deadlines.

  • There were no cons for the build out; all good

  • We wanted Matt to come and speak at the Brimfield Chamber on a Tuesday and he has commitments on Tuesday so we had to change our day to Wednesday.

  • We have no negatives. It was and continues to be a good experience.

  • Everything met or exceeded our expectations. We had no issues or complaints.

Overall Experience: Ohio Web Technologies is a lifesaver. Matt and his team of developers and programmers are top notch. I had a custom complex website built from another programmer. The site worked ok and was a bit "buggy", but when it started taking weeks for small issues to be completed and I would have to follow up multiple times just to hear back from the programmer, my stress level was at an all time high and I knew it was time for a change. I interviewed around 20 different companies ( which all told me I needed to completely re-do my site on Wordpress ) and decided to do business with Matt and his team. Not only did they tell me I was on the best platform already for my existing site, but they fixed every issue I had, fixed issues I didn't even know I had, and made my site more responsive and faster. They did all of this in 2 weeks and the communication and pricing was incredible. I would recommend them to ANYONE needing assistance with their website or a new website built!!!

Overall Experience: I am so grateful for the awesome opportunity to work with and learn from Matt Vincik, owner of Ohio Web Technologies. Matt is truly an exemplary professional. OWT created, updated and maintained a beautiful and, even more importantly, very useful website for our group that includes online mail, time tracking, membership, event and scholarship processing and donation functionality. Matt and his team have served our herb society since 2015 and have been readily accessible to us throughout that time helping us to solve problems and teaching us to effectively use and manage our site. Their work is truly cutting-edge and their customer service cannot be beat!

I actually work for another company and they hired a webpage designer that couldn't answer questions and I asked Matt and he answered them for me.
