We had a meeting with TRivE Internet Marketing Agency, and their marketing team initially won us over by showcasing what they do with impressive examples. Based on these outstanding samples, we felt confident and decided to work with them for SEO and social media advertising. We committed ourselves, and every week, during our regular meetings, we would ask about their progress and actions. However, our questions seemed to make them uncomfortable, and at times they even remarked, "You seem to know this business very well." Month after month, we trusted them, making payments of over $7,000 under very challenging circumstances, hoping for the promised results. But instead of genuine service, all we received were basic reports from SEMrush that could be generated at the click of a button. I wasn't just asking for reports—I was seeking real, actionable results and wanted to understand what they were doing based on those reports. Unfortunately, they kept handing over the same reports, without any real work or progress behind them. As the months passed, it became clear that we were not receiving the service we were paying for. I expressed my disappointment and told them that we hadn’t received adequate service up to that point. We decided to halt the services and requested a refund for the payments made. In response, they reminded us of our six-month contract and insisted that we were obligated to continue paying, even though they weren’t delivering as promised. We questioned why we should continue to pay for services we hadn’t received, and this led to a heated dispute, eventually leading us to stop the payments. They then acknowledged their shortcomings and offered to provide one to two more months of free service. But at that point, I had lost all trust. I insisted on a refund, because despite my commitment and the financial burden of those $7,000 monthly payments, all I received were repetitive, useless reports from SEMrush. They never delivered the service they promised, and it felt as though they were just going through the motions without doing any real work. September 17, 2024

Pros:

  • What I liked the best is that Jacob Wulff was very attentive, thorough and a problem solver on Cranecos needs and concerns.
  • Thrive helped my local GEICO agency generate some more internet leads, by creating better social media content, running paid ads to the social content we were creating, and improving our Google local listing.
  • The SEO services are top notch! Amber has done a great job providing overall strategic advice to improve our site.
  • The amazing teamwork, collaborations, and feeling that we are their number one client.

Cons:

  • We have not had any issues with Thrive or their teams.
  • We had a few delays but Thrive communicated with us when they arose. The process seemed disjointed and lacking in creativity at times. Overall, it was a good experience and we ended up with a great new site.
  • There is nothing that I do not like about the team at Thrive. Seriously.
  • The initial investment felt a bit pricey at the time, but after seeing the kind of ROI we've gotten for our efforts, we feel happy to have taken the leap of faith.

Pros:
their marketing team presented themselves as a top-tier company with great confidence. They convinced us with impressive examples of their work, portraying themselves as experts who could deliver excellent results
Cons:
They are defending their team members who are not doing their jobs properly and seem unwilling to come up with any real solutions. It’s likely that they are aware of how poor their team’s performance is, but perhaps they don’t have any other teams to offer us. Instead of addressing the issues and finding a way to deliver the service we paid for, they continue to stand by an underperforming team without taking any meaningful action.

Pros:
The Google Ads team is successful and delivers as expected.
Cons:
There is essentially no social media advertising team. The SEO team is almost non-existent. All the reports they sent were incorrect. If you don’t know what you're doing, you will be in trouble. They sent the same report five times, but it continued to be wrong each time. Reports are manipulated. They claim we have a 6-month contract and continued to charge us without providing the promised services.

Overall Experience: Great Reputation, Disappointing Service; Thrive Internet Marketing Agency may have a strong reputation, but my experience was far from satisfactory. Despite spending over $25,000 per month, the service provided did not meet expectations. Pros: The Google Ads team delivered the expected results. Cons: The social media advertising team was practically non-existent. The SEO team provided minimal support. All the reports I received were consistently incorrect. The same incorrect report was sent five times, despite being flagged. Reports appeared to be manipulated. The company insisted on a six-month contract and continued charging without delivering the promised services. Detailed Experience: I hired Thrive for Google Ads, SEO, and social media advertising services. While the Google Ads team did a good job, the other services were disappointing. The social media team was basically absent, and the SEO team did very little. The reports I got were always wrong, and even after pointing out the errors, they kept sending the same incorrect reports. This level of service is unacceptable, especially given the amount I was spending. Worse, I discovered that the reports were manipulated. Despite trying to resolve these issues multiple times, Thrive focused more on enforcing the six-month contract and protecting their reputation rather than actually helping their clients. Customer Service: Thrive’s customer service was disappointing. They were more concerned with removing negative feedback than addressing the problems I faced. It seems their priority is maintaining their reputation, not serving their clients. Conclusion: Despite their reputation, my experience with Thrive Internet Marketing Agency was very disappointing. They seem more like a law firm, with a stronger focus on their legal side than on service delivery. Given my experience, I cannot recommend their services.

Pros:
White-hat SEO is tough to find. This company cares more about longterm SEO success than quick keyword jumps. We've been very pleased with the results so far. We have measurable increases in organic traffic, search engine rankings, and DA within the first several months and everything is on a steady upward trend.
Cons:
Initially, it took some time to get a clear understanding of our strategy and roadmap. However, after some discussions and video chats, we got everything ironed out. Moosa provided us with detailed keyword analysis and competitor reviews which really helped point us in the right direction.

Overall Experience: We started working with Thrive after considering a few SEO agencies. Our main reason for going with Thrive was their reputation for quality, white-hat SEO strategies which is rare in this industry. In a few months, we were able to see real results in organic growth - a measurement that is on a consistent upward trend. Once we got fully aligned with our SEO specialist, things were smooth sailing and currently, there is very little agency-management required on my end. They know what they're doing and they get it done.

Overall Experience: Thrive is so easy to work with. They are knowledgable, friendly, and seek to understand. The team took the time to speak with me to understand our unique business line and formed a customized process. The team produced amazing pieces and frequently follows-up on how the campaign is working and reassessing needs and results. I cannot say enough about Thrive and their amazing team.

Pros:
The personalization. Knowing that Jacob was working directly for us and if at any time we needed something, he was always available. That if there was a problem, it was fixed quickly and with no issues.
Cons:
The first person to handle our campaign did not do a very good job. He is no longer with the company thankfully, but after switching over to Jacob he was able to find things that the first person didn't do correctly and was able to correct our campaigns.

Overall Experience: We are extremely happy with Thrive and with Jacob. We have been with them for 2 years now and our business is growing. Anytime we want a change, to add an area or remove an area, it is done immediately. They have become like family to us and that is what we wanted. Not just another advertising company, one that actually cares about us, why we do things the way we do. We are a small business and it is hard to not get lost in the shuffle of advertising, not only among the others advertising the same business, but to become just another number in the company bucket. Thrive and Jacob have gone above and beyond in helping us set our business apart and helping to keep us on top and treating us like family. We highly recommend Thrive to anyone looking to advertise. It would be the best move you could make. I know it was ours.

Pros:
I had a great experience with Joseph at Thrive. He delivered on his promises. At the same time I was paying another company in Dallas that over-promised and under-delivered. Thanks, Joseph!
Cons:
well I wish they had an office next to me in Fort Worth. It's great that they're always willing to drive to Fort worth but I'm not moving my office to dallas or arlington. Thrive! Come set up a new office in Fort Worth ASAP!

Overall Experience: In the past 3 years I've worked as a tech-advisor, owner, and CTO in 4 different large web-design, SEM, and SEO projects. All 4 deals were with different companies (all 4 in DFW including Thrive). The only company I will continue to send my business to is Thrive. The other 3 companies either lost me or my clients money or were a wash regarding ROI.

Overall Experience: Awesome teamwork, extremely professional, very responsive and always on time. Our Thrive team is constantly coming up with new ideas and collaborating with us. The work is top notch! We were worried that we would not get great attention due to the fact that it is all remote/online, but it has been the complete opposite. We correspond several times a week, have conference calls, and really feel like one big team working together to promote our company. They give us the feeling that we are their only client, even though we know that we are not. We laugh and have fun and get really high quality results. Monthly reporting is so in-depth, you could almost call it too much reports (if that is possible!), but we see everything that is happening, the good and the bad. An overall great and positive experience, would highly recommend to anyone.

Overall Experience: After 3 different companies that took my money and gave me little to no results I was on my last company. I was nervous to go with them but knew I had to make the jump to know if anyone would be able to save my marketing campaign that was failing. Thrive told me to give them 3 months and if I didn’t get the results I wanted that they would refund my money. I’m happy to say after the first month we were to a quick turnaround! By the third month thrive doubled the leads from previous months and now we are exceeding target that were set. I’m very happy with Thrive.

Overall Experience: I shopped around, but the decision was easy. Thrive immediately from the start was very personable. This was in the beginning of the pandemic and it was obvious how thorough they were, compared to some of their competition. It seemed unique, they didn't just do a basic questionnaire, they gave the time needed, and were very quick in thier responses throughout the whole process. Once the ball got rolling, results were quick, I'm excited about the future! I highly recommend Thrive!

SEO is a difficult product to provide well. Thrive exceeds all expectations through R&D, working with clients to understand their business goals and customer bases, and helping them find and attract more leads. They have a structured process based on developing a strategy and delivering results.
