BEWARE! Things aren't the same anymore, Rosanne use to take over projects but we had a new intern that built our website and it wasn't completed when it was handed over. Everything about the website was left for a heavy retainer to fix. It's done this way to completely drain you from every penny you have. This was very disappointing, we were $13,000.00 deep on the website and nothing was ever fixed. We have to rebuild a complete new website because they have settings in there that will lock out anyone that wants to make changes. THEY WORK ON BIGCOMMERCE, THEY ARE COMPLETELY CLUELESS ABOUT WOOCOMMERCE. Months later, I had to hire a different company to fix those issues cause our retainer literally disappeared with hours that they didn't work out. I also had to go towards another SEO company to ensure that work was getting done. I've spend 8k on the website, they charged me 4k which most of that retainer hours should be part of the website. I paid them another 7k for SEO and more retainer hours but she says they have been working on SEO and have barely any retainer left. This was a complete lie as we have fallen face down to 0 rating in RushSEM, when my SEO was audited by my CMO. My entire site was flagged in the reds. Rosanne has been tough with me and won't return my retainer. Now she won't even work on helping us with some of the retainer refund from the SEO that we believe wasn't done. I have emailed her numerous times for details so we can build a completely new website. We lost easily 14k with this firm, I WOULD NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. August 26, 2021

Pros:

  • Rosanne and Alexis, were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and extremely pleasant to work with. I have been an IT professional for over 30 years, but have never done any web design, much less SEO. The company I was working for a little over a year ago asked me to give it a shot. I will say that for a first attempt it wasn't bad, but what Redhead Labs did for us in revamping the website was phenomenal. We are extremely pleased with the results and look forward in the months to come seeing what they can do with our SEO to bring us to the top of the heap in google search results. Their price structure was about what I was finding during my search, but they were able to work with us and find a solution to fit our budget.

Overall Experience: RedHead Labs was the only one that maintained their promises across the board, including meeting launch promise and website development costs. In fact, it is my opinion they try to go above and beyond of what is projected, sometimes to my pleasant surprise. They are the consummate professionals, always. Rosanne along with her remarkable team of web developers, designers and armed with her creative smarts, they provided me with the most beautiful design I could have ever imagined. She collaborated with me on every step forward making sure that she and her design team would fulfill my vision, only sometimes just missing the mark slightly, but it was remedied immediately once further discussion ensued. But as with all things, not everything goes smoothly without a few bumps here and there. And believe me grasping my concept was no small undertaking for them as I am a perfectionist. So my hat is off to them! I have done other small projects with them, and Andy in particular always delivers nothing short of perfection on all graphic design work for website imagery. Or if I have a glitch in my store, I contact Brandon and it is usually fixed immediately while I remain on the phone, or fixed within the hour to keep my business website running smoothly. Thanks again from Sterling Minerals to everyone at RedHead Labs and I look forward to continuing a prosperous future together on other projects.
