Overall Experience: Ben Rodriguez is great but I am convinced that Microsoft has messed office 365 up so badly that there will be ongoing issues. All my microsoft backgrounds changed color. It was very confusing. Outlook, Explorer and Excel had to be reset. Got a weird pop up asking for my password, could not get it to cooperate. What I thought was password dd not work, it would not let me reset the password either but when I X'd it out, it went away. Excel gray background on one document went away when I disabled DDE. Why would that happen? You guys are heros for helping us through this microsoft morass!

Overall Experience: Kyle is professional, good listener, friendly, confident and is great at using layman's terms when necessary. He knows his audience and can read people well. I appreciate these abilities since I am not someone who is tech savvy. Kyle was able to jump on my computer, make sure my home printer was connected to my work host computer in a matter of minutes. He tested it and made sure everything else looked to be in working order. I had questions about Microsoft Suite as well. I wasn't sure if my new computer came with the Microsoft Suite. I am able to use Word, PP and Excel under the work license, as long as I am working for Grouphealthbid. Each license can be used on up to 5 computers.

Overall Experience: Working with Cylvir was good and my overall issues were resolved. Very annoyed in general (not Cylvir's fault) that there was no record of what the local briteadmin PW was on my computer when needed for system recovery - had to do a full reinstall of Windows as a result. 0 for 2 now when it comes to system recovery and BC implemented backup plans.
