I have thoroughly enjoyed working with Grounds for Promotion. They are knowledgeable, professional and we are getting results! They manage a broad range of our digital ad needs from SEO to our Google, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn Ads. In a company, it can be difficult to manage all of the backend connections, pixels, and conversion metrics that it takes to get the leads we want. They get it done flawlessly, and they remove all of the hassle on our end. And what sets them apart to me is how easy they are to work with on a weekly basis. They are always professional, positive, collaborative, kind and they listen to what we want to accomplish. I specifically work with Faith, along with Jonathan and Marc. They are always prepared at our regular reporting meetings and they explain the metrics with clear and easy to understand tables and financial breakdowns. They really care that we are getting the greatest amount of leads for the lowest cost possible. Our company has seen a steady influx of leads since we first began this process with them. I don't say this about many companies, but I always look forward to our GFP calls. Pros:

  • They are knowledgeable, professional, collaborative, and easy to work with. We are getting results!

  • Working with the team here is very easy and always insightful. A clear vision of what needs to be done and they are working to understand the scope of our lead generation issues across all our channels. The PPC and SEO teams were attentive and implemented strategies from the get-go to improve our ROI. No more wasted ad budgets!! The relationship that has developed is very beneficial and we are looking forward to a long term partnership.

Cons:

  • I wish they would've pitched me on some of their other ideas earlier in the process. We would've likely said yes.

  • I don't have much to say here. The wonderful thing is that they are very open to feedback, and make weekly changes to ensure that the campaigns stay optimized. If something isn't working, they will take the necessary time to adjust until it works.

  • Bluntly, I only have positive things to say about Grounds for Promotion.

Overall Experience: I spoke with Jonathan several times and found him to be knowledgeable. The highest compliment that I can give him is that he took the time to see at what our business was already doing to ensure that he would be able to deliver the outcomes we were looking for and was candid that there may not be a lot more for anyone to do on top of what we were already doing.
