We chose to work with Optimum Productions not only because of their high-quality work but because they provide more than just video production services. They brought a marketing sense to it that was very valuable to us. They developed a very comprehensive video roadmap that was incredibly helpful to us to give us visibility to not just what videos to produce but when, where, how and what to do with them afterward. We were able to get all of the stakeholders in one room to evaluate the business needs and Optimum came back with a fantastic roadmap that provided a lot of visibility. Pros:

  • Responsiveness and professional quality. They answered every question we had and helped me bring my idea to life.

  • Strategy development. Creativity. Results driven. Also worth noting that their focus on safety in warehouses and jobsites allowed us to film/shoot in some very active environments.

  • They are very attuned at hearing what you're having issues with and getting to the root of the problem. They then can creatively develop a story that is engaging and entertaining and gets your customers interested. They have an ability to create a lasting memory with their videos in the minds of your prospects that I have never seen before.

  • They have an attention to detail that is unparalleled and have a deep understanding of our needs beyond simply video content. They take a more integrated approach to video content as it relates to our overall company objectives.

Cons:

  • I guess the process was complicated and it took a minute for me to understand what all they were proposing. They know so much about translating videos to marketing and sales, it took a while to nail down the exact process we wanted to follow. But in the end, we have proven results that speak for themselves.

  • There is nothing that comes to mind. The few challenges that popped up were system limitations that were not under the control of Optimum.

  • We didn't have a negative experience with them in the least.

  • I wish I could have OP team members on my company team 24/7

Overall Experience: The team at Optimum was fantastic to work with on this video project - they kept to a very tight production timeline, even when our client postponed the initial date of the filming. Overall Experience: We hired Optimum to consult with us and produce our first ever Virtual Gala fundraiser. Their professionalism, guidance and video production was fantastic! They were a huge part of why our event was wildly successful - exceeding our track record. They shot and produced a featured video explaining our mission with emotional and visual appeal. Their video production of the virtual "show" and live projection the night of, with back up systems at the ready, gave us confidence and delivered seamlessly. Virtual events are a given these days.
