Pros:

  • They respond to critical needs timely and work to get us back online as quickly as possible. They try to protect our network with preventive and restorative services.

  • Meriplex/Cyberian has a history with our configuration and that is most helpful in the time it takes to resolve.

  • We are able to augment our team with their staff and expertise as projects and situations arise.

  • The IT person we have had for years is still with the company. He understands our needs.

Cons:

  • Sometimes it seems Meriplex tries to do what we ask, rather than recommend what we need. The service mindset is both good and can work against them if they try to please us too much.

  • Share the history with newcomers to the site. Get familiar with our PO/Invoice etc. system

  • We utilize our support desk with full time staff from Meriplex. They do an outstanding job and are spoken of highly by the business. I think Meriplex should continue to find ways to reward their successes.

  • Communication on billing could improve. Too many issues for a top company to have.

Overall Experience: We have worked with CPI Solutions for over 7 years and have been extremely happy with their service. CPI is always proactive and one step ahead of us! Their support team is top notch and always goes the extra mile to ensure issues, projects, etc. are resolved to our satisfaction. We recently moved our facility and with CPI's help, had zero issues come move day. We were up and running right away and really felt how much preparation and care were taken by CPI to ensure we could resume business. If you are looking for an IT service provider that treats your business like their own, CPI Solutions is the way to go!

Overall Experience: Prior to the past two years, I would have said that the best thing CPI did for our organization was establishing a seamless hardware and software solution that covers 125 acres in a remote canyon. Since that time, of course, everything changed and many staff members had to quickly transition to remote work, while others stayed onsite. CPI was indispensable in helping us make that transition smoothly and we're now in a better place because of them.
