Pros:

  • She is a problem solver.

  • We didn’t have a large project, but Doris and her team designed a biz card that stands out. As a small landscape design firm, we need that!

  • Paul and his team transformed our brand and website into one we could be proud of. We now showcase our logo on everything from tuques, to equipment, to mugs, couldn’t be happier with the look.

  • Lots of companies talk about and promise customer responsiveness and service, but Mystique really delivers.

Cons:

  • I can't think of one.

  • We weren’t able to provide them with an original logo file so even though they attempted several times, we weren’t able to create a transparent vector file from that file for use on apparel.

  • There isn’t much other than the fact that they didn’t push me to update our website a year earlier.

  • No issues. All their services that we used were excellent.

Overall Experience: For my 4 years as National Director of Marketing for Tower Records Canada Paul and Doris of Mystique were indespensable. They handled all design elements for collateral and print advertising, but would also apply themselves to tasks well outside of their comfort zone, with the same excellent results. In Music marketing its important to reach a balance between effective creative and a sense of fun. Mystique seemed to achieve this with uncanny regularity in over 200 campaigns. I have worked in a number of countries in various industries and have yet to find a creative agency that comes close to Mystique when it comes to speed, discipline, professionalism and an inbuilt understanding of the right choice of creative.

Overall Experience: It has been an absolute professional pleasure working with Paul and his team. They have made suggestions and tweaks to my photography website that I never thought of before. I've always been a "photographer" and not as much as a "business person" so there were always many elements that could enhance my exposure that I just frankly didn't know about. It's very hard to run your own business and try to "wear" all the hats. That is why hiring Mystique brand communications has been one of the best business decisions I've ever made. It's only been 1.5 months and I've already experiences growth and concrete bookings in my business in areas that are currently listed on page one of google search! A wise friend (whom is very business savvy) once said "if you always do what you've always done, you'll always get what you've always got" - so I made a change!!
