Unlike most managed IT services, this team doesn't just ask you to turn your computer on and off. As a law firm, any technical issue means at best a loss of productivity and at worst costing clients thousands of dollars because of missed deadlines. We needed a responsive and reliable IT company to ensure minimum downtime, and they needed to be able to provide IT support to our lawyers in Vancouver, Toronto and Ottawa. We are so thankful to have found Cloud Collective. Their helpdesk will literally get back to you within minutes and troubleshoot with you until the problem is solved. If you're busy, they will work around your schedule. They follow up and always deliver on their promises.
