Tom Conradt was extremely unprofessional AND used profanities on two separate calls! Called to clarify cost of their services since he rushed me off the phone the first time stating he had an "important" call to take both times. The second call he DID NOT want to clarify anything before I paid $250 for previous year tax review. stating "You need to make payment". Why do I need to make a payment before finding out cost of filing the return, what services are available, etc. Seems his focus was only to rushing me into dropping money before making sure the customer was informed enough to make a decision. Definitely do not want to work with this firm after this experience with him!May 3, 2022
