Overall Experience: My author website is both designed and hosted by Rich Blakemore d/b/a Rich’s Web Design. Rich did a phenomenal job designing my website. It is attractive and informative. It does an excellent job of representing me and my books. Rich’s customer service is always excellent. If I submit a question to him, I always get an answer very quickly and never more than a day past when I submitted the question. He keeps his customers informed and current with a monthly newsletter. He will reach out to his customers before then if there is a pressing matter affecting our websites. I am very pleased that I have someone so reliable when it comes to my internet presence. I am just thrilled to have been able to find Rich. Prior to his design of my website, I really struggled with other companies who were willing to take my money, but uninterested in my books and what I was trying to achieve with a website. If you do not have the time or technical expertise to invest in your own website, and you want a quality website to represent your business, you could not do better than Rich Blakemore.
