Pros:

  • I really liked Darryl and his team's commitment to pushing the envelope in design and creative. Their passion shows though when they get excited about design and new coding technologies.

  • Digitech is super attentive to detail and so excellent in how they execute.

  • Digitech helped me grow my business!!!! They are so skilled and easy to work with. Darryl is a rockstar and I think his agency is tops in the USA

  • Project management was excellent and Digitech met all their deadlines

Cons:

  • They do such a great job, honestly nothing to not like!

  • Some of the designs took a little longer than expected, but we also had lots of content changes on our end.

  • The thing is like least is that I didn’t find Darryl and Digitech sooner

  • We had 2 changes in project managers - we feel a bit of what we asked for initially was lost in the switch between project managers but everything was soon corrected.

Overall Experience: Working with the team at Digi Tech has been nothing short of amazing! Over the years, we've collaborated with an array of different agencies and it's been a mix bag for sure. A lot of times, agencies want to have all the creative control, tell you what to do, and really minimize your creative input. But with the crew at Digi Tech it was the polar opposite. They really respected and appreciated our input and trusted us implicitly with their client and the creative direction we wanted to go with the video production. They were involved in the process to provide guidance and support to make sure we're all headed in the right direction but they were never over-bearing. It's been a fantastic experience and we're all looking forward to collaborating together and creating great content and results for our clients.

Pros:
Their team delivered well generating a site which is SEO efficient, as well as visually and aesthetically appealing. The design and organization of information was also good.
Cons:
We were more in charge of making visual design decisions than we might have liked - it was sometimes difficult to push forward with a design or an image when we could not exactly describe or depict what we wanted. We had hoped for a bit more artistic/design interpretation on the part of Digitech - to create something better than we would have thought of. This was partly due to the fact that we have such a niche industry and scope with quite a bit of prerequisite knowledge that is no easy task.

Overall Experience: Digitech delivered us a well constructed, customizable and effective website refresh which in conjunction with our branding and logo visual updates helped to strengthen our marketing presence. They are friendly and amicable to work with - they will accommodate your needs, and not push you overly hard on requirements like content. In my opinion, it was a bit pricey but you get what you pay for.

Overall Experience: I have ran several businesses but never one where the website was the business. The Digitech team has been more than accommodating helping to not only build a quality product, but did it with my specific business in mind.
