They successfully built out and updated our company website in TWO WEEKS (incredible!! - other vendors were quoting months for a build-out), brought over all of our existing listings/data and provided a general "refresh" of our content. The My Property Dashboard is very user-friendly and takes all the guess work out of managing listings. Pros:

  • The biggest "pro" of Launch Lab has to be the ease of use. It was so easy to integrate into our company, with minimal training.

  • They are expeditious with responses and very thoughtful with strategy.

Cons:

  • The only "con" I can think of is the integration of additional tools/resources without notice. However, when something new is implemented in the My Property dashboard, it's pretty easy to figure out how to use it.

  • I'd really like to have some constructive feedback, but to this point, everything has been positive! It's so nice to be able to write that about a company.

Overall Experience: I worked with Launch Labs to build my online learning platform to teach ukulele. Overall Experience: Working with Launch Lab has alleviated so much off of our plate as a lean startup company. They have been invaluable when it comes to guidance on GTM strategy, handling social media channels, building our website, elevating our online presence, and helping us figure out which systems we need to implement immediately to be successful. They turn around content in record speed time, and are extremely prompt and thoughtful in their responses to any questions I have. LL is always there to offer practical and results driven advice, and on top of that, they genuinely care about the success of their clients. So much of our momentum and early wins must be attributed to the LL team. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a full shop marketing agency. If you are looking to grow or scale a biz, you can't go wrong with the LL team and company!

Overall Experience: It's been a wonderful experience to work with Launch Lab, Inc. In the past our website looked vey outdated and unappealing and Launch Lab made it all better. The entire process form beginning to end was a breeze and we are now super pleased and happy with how our website looks. Jeannie and Bryce always respond to my needs and concerns in a timely fashion. And now, I don't have to worry about updating our website myself as I can just message them and they will take care of everything we need as quickly as possible.

Overall Experience: I made my last website over six years ago and it was time for a new one. Launch Labs helped us get new new website up and running and we have seen a fairly dramatic uptick in the number of appointments. Online appointments have exploded because we didn’t have that before. The website looks great. Jeannie is awesome very friendly and helpful. Brice Has created something that we’ve only begun to tap into but is already helping us immensely. I Recommend Launch Labs without reservation.
