We interviewed several PR firms before we chose BRAVE. Kristin and her team are all phenomenal, smart, dedicated professionals. I was constantly impressed with their ability to produce amazing coverage for our company, its leadership, and our brands across multiple platforms. The BRAVE network of collaborating professionals is a huge strength as well. We were equally impressed with their peers and partners that we used for digital formats and other related projects. We had a phenomenal experience and would highly recommend. July 17, 2019

Pros:

  • Brave PR is an incredible partner for Children's Museum of Atlanta. They not only provide the most professional services and support, but they go above and beyond expectations at every turn. We count on the team from Brave to give us candid and strategic advice and it is always spot-on! We view them not so much as a "vendor" but rather as trusted members of our team.
  • The team is very responsive to our needs and takes a comprehensive approach to projects.
  • The ladies at Brave are smart, creative and know how to position a brand in the best light.
  • Team players with a great attitude about helping our business grow

Cons:

  • As Brave has grown -- which is a testament to their great work -- we have occasionally experienced sudden changes in our account rep, which can feel disruptive. That being said, they always listen and take whatever steps are needed to ensure that we are getting the service that we need and expect.
  • They do a great job with our social media and brand building. I suppose if they had in house graphic design, it would round out all fronts of projects so that we wouldn't have to use an outside designer.
  • While it’s a part of any business, its hard when our client representative decides to move on from Brave PR.
  • What client doesn't want more ideas and more coverage for every story.

Pros:
Simon has worked with Brave for approximately two decades in providing public relations services to our retail real estate properties throughout the Southeast and believe they are one of the top agencies with whom we interact. They are always professional, timely, creative, and thinking about their client and how to position the client in the best light in the court of public opinion. They are so good we routinely use them to help with the public relations activities for brand new developments, regardless of where in the U.S. they are located.
Cons:
I really don't have any dislikes. As I've said, their service is excellent and extremely professional.

Pros:
I felt that they genuinely cared about our brand and our success. They were constantly following up and coming up with great ideas for promotions and campaigns.
Cons:
Unfortunately we were unable to keep them on long term because of the change in our budgets so we were not able to afford the monthly fee for their services on a full time basis.

Overall Experience: From the beginning, they worked hard to help spread the word of our brand new store opening and brought a lot of free media exposure which saved us valuable dollars in our opening marketing budget for advertising. They were always available to talk and were always present to help make sure that the media interviews and ceremonies went off seamlessly.

Pros:
Brave brings energy and enthusiasm to every interaction. There is a strong positive spirit in their culture and it comes through in how hard they fight for their clients.
Cons:
I don't have a lot of criticism. They are top shelf for public relations. Period. I feel like they will benefit from expanding services efforts to support their clients' beyond public relations (digital advertising, social media advertising) since these things are so intertwined.

Overall Experience: My company is on their second engagement with Brave. We used them ten years ago for PR but with the downturn in the economy in 2008, had to end our engagement. This time around, I feel like they have honed their skills more and have a great team that really gets our brand.

Pros:
The BRAVE team has the creativity to develop unique and engaging campaigns, and the contacts to make it happen! No matter the context, BRAVE can come up with a creative way to get the message out and has a partner to push it to the next level.
Cons:
In our 7 year history, I can only think of one minor personnel issue and it was resolved incredibly quickly. BRAVE's expertise and dedication ensures very little if anything falls through.

Overall Experience: The level of service and dedication to your business that BRAVE PR provides is unparalleled in this industry. They're truly a member of the team and sincerely care about your business. They're loyal, honest, smart, savvy women that have the utmost integrity. They don't just go the extra mile, they go the extra 10 miles and ask if you need them to go further. They've been a crucial member of our team since we opened in March 2012 and we look forward to many more years of working together.
