  • The teams creative talents to suggest ideas that met my business project needs. Their ability to be responsive to complaints about project delays with any push back. The team members professionalism, patience, and team spirit.

  • Their technical skills, and client support.

Cons:

  • It would be nice if they were able to pull in additional resources a little more quickly

  • They are good and we could not ask for more.

  • My project was not a cake walk, some product deliverables functionality required adjustments, and ensure that all features are functioning correctly from the clients-side view before advancing to the next phase.

  • Service was perfect for me, i could expect more.

Reasons for Choosing Capital Numbers: CN project team showed me they were serious about wining the project. They're project leaders had prepared a SOW prior to signing contracts which showed they clearly understood my project expectations and goals. They had earned my trust. Pros:
CN handled the design and implementation of the theme modifications. They communicate well via a Teamwork platform, which allows us all to see project communication. The work they did was well-designed. They not only did the technical modifications, but they designed certain theme pages consistently with the brand. CN responded well to the design feedback I gave.
Cons:
None noted. On more complicated projects, I (as a client) would be willing to engage more with the Teamwork site capabilities. As a client, I mostly used the messaging function, which was appropriate for this size job.

“Wordpress theme customization”

Project Summary: I run a self-hosted Wordpress-based membership site. As my site's complexity has grown, certain aspects of the site were not consistent with my overall branding. I asked CN to customize the theme files associated with The Events Plugin, so that the events-related pages were consistent with the rest of my theme and branding. CN also did a bit of custom development to show specific event categories to specific members. CN also did a little custom development around a countdown clock.
Overall Experience: I do not have coding or design skills and my business is not large enough to having someone in-house to do this. Having CN lets me make significant improvements to my web-based membership product at a reasonable cost. They are willing to do any size project, so we can go at my speed and my budget.
