Owner refuses to talk to a paying customer after paying 9 months in advance, no progress done no phone call, on taxes after payment rendered in may and it is now febuary. Owner is mad because i started to question what work has been done. I guess nothing its the end of febuary and now wants to do a 1/3 refund out of a full estate payment. Owner didn't ask why I'm upset, didn't look up what the estate paid or why 9 months later nothing was filed other than my mothers estate check for services not rendered. I guess cashing a check with no receipt is now ok.May 12, 2023
