You always are treated like you are their most important client, and they respond immediately, including during evenings and weekends. The answer is always, "we're on it," and they mean that. Any issues with advertisers are resolved immediately and smoothly. They give good, fact-based advice, and they listen carefully to understand your goals, objectives and budget.
