Like any agency, PACE has seen some talented individuals move on, and I genuinely missed collaborating with them. While they have successfully onboarded replacements, there's a unique chemistry that develops with specific individuals. Nonetheless, PACE remains committed to delivering exceptional results and ensuring a seamless transition during team changes.

From day one Pace’s professional, systematic and market driven approach has greatly benefited our team. The efforts have been focused on our needs to develop a coherent and compelling product, new business development and overall company image message. Graymont’s marketing team are highly competent technical marketing individuals who can focus and deliver new business/product developments which meet our customers’ needs. Graymont’s expertise in the promotional, communications and product/service placement messaging is weak. With the assistance of Pace, we were able to focus our efforts on what we do best, deliver excellent technical solutions, while Pace’s efforts focused on assisting us to deliver a targeted message to our customers and markets on how our technical abilities and deliveries can meet their needs.
Cons:
Since our marketing team is scattered throughout North America, we have been able to meet with Pace's team virtually only. In the future, we need to find ways to meet face-to-face and develop a closer relationship with Pace so we can build on the strong start that we have achieved. Additionally, we need to involve more of our commercial team and other departments which influence our messaging. This will come with time as our relationship develops and we find the opportunity to meet together.
