Overall Experience: Talencore can front and help us with our personnel hiring needs. They started by understanding our skillset requirements and how we operate. They are thorough, plus take time to understand our office culture and expectation of each of the hiring positions. From there, we expanded Talencore's service to partial managed HR, where they help us design, advise and create various HR policies documents. Talencore also helped us with counselling and outgoing staff management program as well. We are thrilled to work with them, and I highly recommend their service.

Overall Experience: I am in search of a new career and decided to contact Talencore. Contact with them was made easy. I requested a meeting and a day and time was scheduled. Kelly, the recruiter who I had the opportunity to meet with was prompt and professional. I had the opportunity to speak with her on 3 separate occasions adding up to a total of 5 hours of one-on-one time. She was able to provide great insight on refining my resume, updating my LinkedIn profile and subsequently, sharing her knowledge on what a recruiter does. She was happy to answer all of my questions and gave me great advice and feedback. I would highly recommend contacting Talencore should you be in search of a new job, career or career counselling.
