They tackle accounts as a true partnership. I've felt a level of trust I rarely feel with third party vendors because my success is their success and fuels them to constantly evolve and introduce new products. I've worked with Forthea on various accounts in different industries and only think more highly of them after each project. I admire their efforts of employee self improvement by sending their staff to industry conferences and promoting them within the company. I also value their honesty as I'd rather hear the truth upfront than experience the reality of failure if something isn't the best solution or is outdated. October 27, 2017

Pros:

  • Forthea is one of the most professional agencies in the city. I never have felt items would not be completed, issues would be ignored or things handled in any other way but professional. I have always trusted them immensely to complete projects and ensure my goals are being met. I've referred them many times to people seeking web solutions because they are simply the best. They appreciate their role in a business much more than many web agencies.

  • Everyone at Forthea is very knowledgeable. They know how to achieve the results, and they do it well.

  • The attention to detail. They aren't scammers and make sure to explain what it takes to rank well on the internet.

Cons:

  • I don't really have any dislikes. They address my issues, treat me as a professional and do things the correct way according to best practices.

  • I am surprised of the lack of print media, but I guess that's what makes them one of the best web media agencies.

  • That it took 2 months to see any real effects on Google.
