If we could rate them a 0 we would. They clearly did not understand our industry, did not deliver on items in the contract, and much more. For an ecommerce site, one would think they would have set up focus keyphrases on our pages and products. Nope. One would think they would have used hashtags on the social media posts they did - nope. Many issues with the site, and upper management customer satisfaction is poor. Don't waste your time or money with them. We had to spend a lot of money with a company that knew what they were doing to make our site show up on the search engines, fix their errors and our site.July 17, 2019

  • I have worked with them on a variety of projects over the past couple of years and have also teamed with them on community events. Everyone I have worked with at imavex has been very friendly and professional.

Overall Experience: If we could rate them a 0 we would. They clearly did not understand our industry, did not deliver on items in the contract, and much more. Pros:
Imavex is a responsive company that wants to be an integral part of your business, as well as your goals and objectives. They work hard to understand your business so they are more than a vendor.
Cons:
Some of the technical support team don't feel they need a telephone, so only way to communicate is sending an e-mail, so you don't know when they receive it, or when they will respond. When something is time critical to our operation, this is ridiculous to not have a telephone and be accessible by phone.

Overall Experience: We were searching for a firm to develop, launch and maintain an OTT Channel, and talked with several companies that can provide this capability. Firms in New York and Los Angeles had an arrogance about them, and would just throw ridiculous prices out without any substance or value, and had no interest in being an ally in business, just a supplier of grossly overpriced services, and staffed with millennials who have no business sense at all. Imavex wants you to be successful, and the entire team takes an interest in your business. Their services are very much commensurate with the value and deliverables received. Would highly recommend if you want a team who takes your business goals and objectives to heart.

Pros:
I love working with Imavex. Not only do they do great work, but they always go above and beyond for my team. We (Grace Church) came to them 4 years ago to redesign our site. They went above and beyond and always give us more than we even expect. They continue to do more work and make major upgrades for us and their work is always stellar. Plus, I’ve really enjoyed working with their staff! I can’t say enough about Imavex!

I wish there were more drag and drop features, but they’ve made great adjustments (that also work in various ways to help me do less upkeep across the board).

But Imavex doesn’t do that. Plus, their team has so talented. Each time we request something, it turns out better than we could imagine.

Pros:
IMAVEX led by Gerald and Steve is a class act. They built our custom website many years ago and have continued to provide hosting and updates in coding for us. The site does everything I need it to do and it is really user friendly. The back end pulls everything together for us and wraps all the business we do into our accounting system with Quick books and produces all our important reports for sales management and customer service. We have had and continue to have a great experience with them.
Cons:
They are in Noblesville IN and we are in Greenwood, IN but other than having a lunch appointment its not a problem.
