After using Bluechip Call Center outsourcing solutions, I am convinced that they are amongst the very best vendors in the industry. We were struggling with high call flow and outsourced our customer care to them. Although we were circumspect in the beginning, we were glad to see the progress they made with our growing customer base. I don’t know how they manage such a vast operation, but they do it very well. They are always spot on with their reporting and provide their own inputs from time to time. It has been a nearly two year association and we are happy that they are our partners. Overall Experience: To be very honest, I was apprehensive about outsourcing to India. But Bluechip Call Center has been so good that we are planning to outsource our back office as well. There has never been any shortage of support whenever we found ourselves in trouble. The managers at Bluechip take personal care of clients’ account and show tremendous amount of dedication. They are very professional, polite and a joy to work with. Not only that, they have great expertise in call center software and customize their CRM and IVR as per clients’ requirements.

Overall Experience: Our tech support needed a facelift, and Bluechip Call Center has helped us in that. They have focused on improving the CSAT and FCR percentage and succeeded in that to some extent. I think they are very good at technical processes because they have many engineers working in their call centers. They strike the perfect balance between speech skills and process knowledge, and deliver very well on calls. Since outsourcing, I haven’t encountered any major customer complaint and things are going pretty smoothly.

Our customers’ are leaving rave views of the services on our online portal and social media profile. It is pleasant surprise and we are happy to experience this change. Overall Experience: As our new call center partner, we are impressed by the performance of Bluechip Call Center. They have helped us in every way. The CSAT is much better and the FCR percentage is also high. AHT does need some improvement though, but overall we are quite happy with their way of working. Their agents speak fluent English and our customers like them very much.

Overall Experience: Much better services than our previous call center partner It has been a truly remarkable experience with our new partner Bluechip Call Center. They have been much better than our previous call center partner and maintained very high ratings throughout their short tenure. I really like the personalized experience that they are able to provide because of their tremendous technical proficiency in IVR technology. Overall we are happy with our journey so far, although AHT could be a little better.
