This by far has been my worst experience with a web developer. I am at a lost for words and very disappointed. We were very excited to partner with FluidRank. Rob seemed knowledgable and trustworthy. After many conversations and text he and his team were unable to deliver as promised. We then requested a refund and after multiple attempts and trying several methods of payments (bank transfers, electronic checks, credit cards) we are left with bank fees due to bounced checks, no website, and no refund. Please save yourself months of empty promises, headaches, and frustration. As a hardworking, ethical entrepreneur, it truly saddens me that such businesses exist with such horrible business practices. Stay away you too could be "Robbed".January 27, 2023

Pros:

  • The custom look that they provide with a passion to satisfy the client.

  • Rob creates websites that build engagement and that makes users, believers.

  • What I liked the best was the process. Over the last 5 years I have worked with many web developers but the process was impressive. They took time to develop something that was aligned with our brand and our customers and I think the end result shows

  • This company’s integrity and dedication . The can do attitude is second to none

Cons:

  • No complaints. Very professional and talented group.

  • Nothing, great experience, very pleased, would refer them.

  • There is nothing I did not like. As stated above, Rob is great to work with.

  • Nothing to dislike! This company has done more than I could expect

Overall Experience: We have been working with FluidRank for 3 months now. Our experience has been very pleasant. Originally we came to them for SEO Services and website maintenance. Since our relationship began Rob and his team has been quick to respond, follow through with tasks on a timely basis and provide great value to our team. We are in the process of building a new BigCommerce website with FluidRank and the design was exactly what we were looking for. What stood out most was Rob's knowledge of eCommerce. Picking his brain about consumers and how they shop is something everyone should do. He gets it and has a deep intimate knowledge of how things work and best practices. This team gets it and we are glad that we found FluidRank.

Overall Experience: We found FluidRank after working with another marketing agency who we were working on with our Kickstarter campaign. After speaking with Rob who is the Founder of FluidRank I could sense his passion for eCommerce. We had an in-depth discussion about our new product and he offered valuable insight into what we could accomplish together. The direction that we have gotten from FluidRank has been very thorough and detailed. One thing that I noticed was there is always a plan. Its never just lets do this without having a reason. Thank you to Rob and the project managers and marketing team who have really helped put Pippy Pants on a path to success.

Overall Experience: Robert Green and the FluidRank team were very enthusiastic about working with us to improve our ecommerce website. There was a timeline given on the project and prompt response at the beginning of the process. After he received our initial payment, the experience quickly deteriorated. Per Rob, he had a number of personal issues; he needed incessant extensions to produce any work for us to review. After requesting a refund, he consistently pushed us behind his other clients. Seven weeks into the process, still no refund no content, nothing!

Overall Experience: This was the best website/design & SEO experience Grunt Style ever had! Wait, scratch that, this is the best experience I've had with any company for any kind of project! These guys are so on top of their game. EXCELLENT communication, organization, and execution. I've been doing this for over 8 years and have had my website hosted on several different platforms. These guys are the real deal. I can't say enough good things about these guys. I almost paid triple the price for another company to develop my site. Thank God I found these guys!!!

Overall Experience: I would NEVER use this company. They took over $10,000 and months and delivered nothing but excuses. No refund. and now they just "don't seem to exist" Makes me so disappointed that there are business owners out there who are this dishonest and seem to have such a lack of ethics AND morals. We all work hard for our money and this person just took ours and gave NOTHING back. There is nothing I can say that is good about this company and its owner(s).
